眾所周知，自改革開放至今，中國基本靠引進外商對華直接投資來拉動國民經濟增長。作為吸收外商直接投資的世界大國，中國占了流向發展中國家 FDI總量的三分之一。而另一方面，中國正逐漸成為世界資本的一大供給源。近幾十年來，中國國內經濟和國際貿易的快速發展為國家積累了大量資本，因此，中國的外資引進和對外投資也在數量和質量上不斷提升。雖然目前中國流出的對外直接投資相比流入的外商直接投資規模還較小，但其增長速度不容小視。尤其是近幾年，中國流出的對外直接投資的規模增長越來越明顯，這意味著中國經濟模式正在由出口導向型逐漸轉向對外投資導向型，對外直接投資在我國“開放型經濟”建設中發揮的作用也越來越顯著。雖然我國目前對外直接投資發展還處于起步階段，規模小，對經濟的促進作用不顯著。但研究中國對外直接投資對國內經濟的效應仍然是必要的。

我國目前對外投資到底現狀如何，處于哪個階段，對外直接投資如何對經濟發展作用如何以及中國對外直接投資發展存在的問題，這都是一些存在爭議的問題，這也是本篇論文所要探討和解決的問題。本文試圖通過參考相關的理論或文獻，梳理出中國對外直接投資對國內經濟各方面的傳導機制，并通過實證計量的方式對結論進行檢驗。同時通過中美比較，發現中國對外直接投資發展的特點及存在問題。并嘗試運用鄧寧的投資周期理論來解釋中國對外直接投資發展的歷程和所處的具體階段。此外，考慮到實證數據的局限性，我們還將選取合適的企業對外投資行為作為具體案例來分析佐證觀點。通過這一系列的研究從而發現中國對外直接投資對國內經濟發展的作用，并為今后中國對外直接投資發展戰略提供一些指引。

Abstract

As we all know, since the Reform and Opening-up to now, China's economicgrowthmainlydepends on the inflow of foreign direct investment. As the country of huge inflow ofFDI in the world,China accounted for one-third of the total FDI flowing to all the developingcountries. On the other hand, China is becoming a major source of the capital supply for the world.

In recent decades, with the rapid development of China's domestic economy and internationaltrade, the country has accumulated a large amount of capital. Therefore, China has increased theinflow and outflow of the foreign direct investmentin bothquantity and quality. Although the scaleofdirect investment which comes from foreign countries to China remains larger than the oneoutflowing from China to the other countries, but its growth rate cannot be overlooked. Especiallyin recent years, the scale of growth in outflows of foreign direct investment in China has increasedevidently, which means that China's economic model is gradually shifting from export-oriented toforeign investment-oriented. Significantly, under the “open economy” construction, theimportance of the foreign direct investment outflowing from Chinakeeps increasing. Althoughforeign direct investment in China is still at the early stage of development, with small scale, andinvisible effect on the economy. But the study of the foreign direct investment'seffect in China onthe domestic economy is still necessary.

Which period is the dependence of China's foreign direct investment on?What is itscircumstance? And how the foreign direct investment affect the economic? All the problems arecontroversial issues. So, this article will try to discuss and solve these problems. This paperattempts to refer to the relevant theory or literatureto tease out the transmission mechanismbetween the foreign direct investment and the domestic economy in three aspects in China.Andthewe will test the conclusions by empirical measurement methods. Meanwhile, through thecomparison between China and the US, we can found the characteristics and problems of China'sforeign direct investment in its development. At the same time, this paper will try to use Dunninginvestment cycle theory to explain the history trend and the stage which China's foreign directinvestment is on in the development. Moreover, taking the limitations of the empirical data intoaccount, we will select some appropriate enterprises who participated in investing to the foreigncountries as cases to supportingthe previousview. Through this series of studies, we will foundwhich found that the effect of China's foreign direct investment on the country's economicdevelopment, and some guidelines for the development of China's foreign direct investmentstrategy in the future.
