4 研究結論
本研究在整理分析國內外關于積極心理品質研究成果的基礎上,利用質性研究的方式,通過作品分析法和訪談法和問卷調查法,對青少年運動員積極心理品質的理論維度進行初步探索,并編制了青少年運動員積極心理品質問卷,對問卷進行探索性因素分析和驗證性因素分析,對項目和問卷的維度做了適當的改善,檢驗了問卷的信效度。得出以下主要結論:
第一、青少年運動員積極心理品質模型包括 5 個一級維度和 13 個二級維度。5個一級維度分別是:意志、智慧、仁慈、節制和超越。13 個二級維度分別是勇敢無畏、堅持勤奮、行為控制、情緒穩定、熱愛學習、領導才能、愛和善良、感恩感激、團隊精神、謙虛謙遜、認真負責、目標信念、自信樂觀。其中,勇敢無畏、堅持勤奮、行為控制,情緒穩定歸屬于意志;熱愛學習、領導才能歸屬于智慧;愛和善良、感恩感激、團隊精神歸屬于仁慈;謙虛謙遜、認真負責歸屬于節制;目標信念、自信樂觀歸屬于超越。
第二、經過項目分析,該問卷項目具有較好的項目區分度。
第三、內部一致性信度和結構效度分析指標表明問卷具有較好的信度和效度。
